Recommended print settings:
This model is suitable for a print volume of atleast 220mm in width and 280mm in height (100%) scale to be able to print it in one piece. Extra parts are included for smaller-sized printers.
The filament weight estimate is 500 to 600 grams.
If your head circumference is 23 inches or greater, it is recommended to print 105% scale.
The STL files are ready to print, and are already oriented for an optimal 3d print result.  I recommend minimum 3 wall layers and 10% infill for this 3dmodel.
You need supports for the teeth (and i recommend a raft), and possibly for a bit of jaw and ear overhang. You can ignore the overhang on the mask as it’ll be on the inside anyway.
You will need to print the ear and teeth twice, mirror these pieces to get the left side (this option is available in all 3dprint slicer apps).

Recommended post-processing:
The pieces can be glued together with superglue, I recommend using an accelerant spray to ensure a strong and quick connection.
You can also use epoxy or any other strong glue you like.
You will need 2 rubber bands (office supplies is fine) and a ~25mm elastic band about 30cm long to finish and wear the mask.
If you want to add some type of eyes, the curvature of the eye suits a 80mm diameter transparent ball (youll have to cut out a section or its too big).

Painting instructions:
Sand your 3D prints using 100-150 grit sandpaper, with royal use of primer or filler spray inbetween to get a smooth surface. When you’re satisfied with the results, your last layer should be a primer spray, before painting it with acrylics (use glass paints or window spraypaint for clear prints). Protect your paintjob with a varnish spray in satin or gloss.
