Files are packed in a ZIP: with most operating systems you can use the rightclick menu to extract the files.
You can use pepakura to preview the 2D to 3D pattern. It is free, for those who only import these patterns.
For my spyro heads I use 2cm upholstery foam (1 inch is also fine)
