This helmet is able to close fully, but not automatically with your own mouth movement. Hinges and openings for an elastic band are integrated in the design.
Teeth are printed separately, then glued in.

Printing instructions:
The STL files are ready to print, and are mostly already oriented for an optimal 3d print result.
All parts can be nicely printed using 3-4 walls,15% infill and standard support settings. Supports are only really necessary for the jaw, you can leave them off for all the other models.
Finishing instructions:
Start with 150 grit sandpaper to smooth out a 3dprint, use filler primer spray or filler putty inbetween to fill gaps and lines. Once satisfied, move to higher grit for a smoother finish if desired.
Paint, then install an elastic band with a sewing machine to the slots to the side of the mask and glue the eyes and feathers to the mask.
The 3d models are made by me. The file is packed in a zip file. This can be unpacked by most operating systems without the need of additional applications into your useable STL files. If you do not unpack them, the models will not work!
