Hornet mask pattern

Pattern updates oct 17! Now includes A4 print as well. Includes part number-match references for each edge. Small adjustments to make the tips of the horns easier to execute in thicker foam. Small adjustments to the eye shape and distance.

Prints across 8 pages at 100% scale (2 by 4 pages, landscape).
Left side only, reverse over the pattern pieces to get the right side (mirrored). Mark which side is left/right and inside/outside.
Recommend 5mm to 8mm white eva foam. Glue: contact cement. Clear contact cement may help prevent glue stains.
Eva foam required: approx 90cm by 90cm (36 inch by 36 inch)
Make sure you line out all the pieces before you start cutting if you're close to the minimum required foam size.
You may want to sand down the thickness of the foam towards the tips and shape the "4" piece with a heatgun before assembling together.
Line up registration marks (the tiny lines) for each part for the right curve.
