3D printed articulated werewolf DIY mask, based on my animatronic werewolf design (no animatronics in this mask!). Features an articulated jaw that moves with your own jaw.
This kit is put together for you to add your own skin, fur, paint or whatever medium you choose to customize your werewolf mask without requiring or designing any additional pieces.
The mask includes pre-installed hinges, elastic headband and elastic to spring the jaw movement.
The hinges are molded in such a way they do not scrape your ears when putting on the mask. This mask does not contain metal springs, hardware or hooks on the side of your face that may be uncomfortable. This mask fits glasses when included padding is positioned adequately.

Choices:
Eye color: choice of color, or blank (glass eye only, no printing)
Size: Small suitable for persons up to 58cm (23 inch) head circumference. Large suitable for persons over 58cm (23 inch) head circumference
It is expected to add atleast 1cm (5/8inch) foam padding (included) to the chin and top of the head.

One pair of 30mm (1.25 inch) half sphere eyes
Soft urethane rubber tongue in dark mauve pink with felt core.
Black glossy nose with open nostrils in 3dprinted high resolution resin.
A set of upper and lower teeth in white 3dprinted plastic.
A set of flexible 3dprinted ear shapes and matching snap-fitted clips.
3 pieces of 1cm upholstery foam pieces for padding the mask to your size.
One of each white and dark crinoline mesh pieces to cover view ports.
Round elastic to add or decrease jaw strength.
A black balaclava in cool stretch fabric to obscure the face of the wearer.

Mask pre-installed features:

View ports without blind spot

Design includes eyelids and lower jaw gums
Design includes brackets to fit the 30mm half sphere glass eyes
Open holes to the inside of the ears, for ventilation
Additionally, the kit accommodates the following upgrades:
A 40mm sized slot to fit a 4010 axial fan in the upper teeth (not included).
Slots to guide led lights to the upper edge of the glass eyes, to illuminate the glass (led lights not included).
A 25mm sized slot in the upper edge of the mask to add additional elastic band for wearing, if desired

This mask has an inside width of 17cm (6.5 inches) and an inside height of 23cm (9 inches).

This item does not fit children and is not made to be worn by children, as it may have sharp edges and may break when handled improperly, and it does not comply with any local child-safe laws.
The weight of a full mask with all parts is around 800 grams or 2lbs.
My props and accessories are all designed and assembled 1 by 1 by myself. They are not suitable for children, only for use as prop and display. Do not use for active LARP fights, it is possible they may break.
Keep out of hot environments exceeding 120f.
Production time is usually around 1 week as most items are 3dprinted to order. Shipping time may vary based on your location and chosen shipping service. Returns and exchanges:
You can return any item without reason within 30 days after your purchase has been marked as delivered. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless there was a mistake on behalf of the shipping service.
Any other return reason (such as a defect during shipping or production) will be 100% reimbursed or replaced if communicated within 30 days after your purchase has been marked as delivered. No compensation is offered for any missed deadlines or delays due to such a reason. Defects due to incorrect handling are not covered.
