add a pause at the start of layer 3 or so, to add some powermesh fabric or whatever mesh fabric, use magnets or tape to keep the fabric down, then continue print.
if you print these in tpu and want max flexibility with minimum weight: use zero bottom layers, concentric or gyroid infill
