Shipping
The two shipping methods we use are United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
Generally, we will pick the optimal choice between these two. They are not the same for each order or for each destination for a domestic order (USA). That shipping option may vary based on destination and factors such as holidays surcharge, rural area charge, size, weight, shipping speed etc. We will always attempt to ship with UPS if prices are comparable.
If you have a preference for a certain carrier and you are ordering from the USA, please email us at [email protected] or leave a note at the checkout process.
For international orders we now always use UPS, as it is much more reliable.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to be shipped, containing the tracking number.
Completed orders will be dropped off at the post office next day or the day after. Post offices are closed on Saturday afternoons and Sunday, so an order that was completed Friday, may not be shipped until the Monday thereafter.
Priority shipping option
The priority express shipping order is available for domestic orders (USA). This is a lump fee to prioritize your order over any other pending work, hours or holidays. All machines and supplies will be dedicated to complete your order as soon as possible, generally next morning. You will also receive Next day air UPS shipping.
International orders and import fees
International orders are shipped via UPS.
UPS will use your email address and/or phone number to inform you of the status of your package.
Upon entering the customs import process, your order value will be used to determine how much import tax you need to pay to your country’s government for purchasing an item internationally taxfree. UPS will calculate this and present you with a bill via email and a request to pay.
You can find your country import tax fee by requesting this information from your government. It is different for each country.
We are not involved with this process and have no influence over the fee or the collection of the tax. The shipping carrier will collect the tax and remit it to your country’s government.
The fee needs to be paid before your order will be delivered to you. If it is unpaid for a certain number of weeks, the package will be returned to us and your order will be refunded, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If you still want the order, you will need to purchase the shipping fee again.
Items in stock
Most items in the shop are made to order. If an item is displayed as in stock, it means that the machines, supplies, or time needed to create the item are available, it does not always mean that the item is immediately ready to be shipped.
Usually it takes about 3 to 5 days to create the item and ship it.
Out of stock
Items that are out of stock in the webshop are currently unavailable to order, as the design, time or machines are not currently available to create the item. Check the product description to see the reason specifically for that item. If you are interested in such an item, regardless of the description, email [email protected] to see what is possible.
