Scalemail STL for FDM printers

Looped scalemail STL design based on Ben Eadie's foam-cut scalemail. Ring sized to mimic standard 11mm/16gauge ring 4 weave chainmail. This type of design doesnt require supports and is very simple and fast to print. But it requires some manual assembly.
Recommended to print in TPU.
Files are in a zip folder, extract before use.

2 walls for 0.6 nozzles
3 walls for 0.4 nozzles
Do not use brim or other bed adhesion youre just giving yourself more work.
Make sure your bed is leveled properly.
Experiment with different top/bottom layer patterns for cool pattern effects on your scales.

Includes sheets for various bed sizes:
300x300
200x200

After printing, take off the prints with a scraper (if you pull them off you will likely warp the design)
Note the alternating design for each second row. You need to keep alternating the design.
Hook the loops into each other by pinching the loops with your finger or with a large crochet hook.
Flatten the design with heat (such as a heatgun) if necessary, it tends to curve.
