3D print models (STL files) of the helmet for Yui, Spec Ops: Cat soldier, in collaboration with 3d designer LeoSaurusRex. The STL files were created using the original high resolution 3d model, then adjusted for the 3dprinter.
The visor STL and a visor buck STL is included separately, in case you wish to mould or vacuum-form it for clear plastic material.

Finishing instructions:
The helmet is sized for 21-22 inch head circumference. Scale up 5% to 8% if closer to 23-24 inch head circumference.
Use 150 grit sandpaper and filler primer spray to smooth a 3dprint before painting. Go up to 400-600 grit for a smoother result. Spraypaint can be used to paint any 3dprint, or other paints such as acrylics or airbrush.
Filler primer spray works great to reduce sanding effort and fill 3dprint lines.
The 3d models are made by me. The file is packed in a zip file. This can be unpacked by most operating systems without the need of additional applications into your useable STL files. If you do not unpack them, the models will not work!
