Conditions for promotional content:
Willow Creative is available to create promotional content for your costume-related event or product. We can create costume parts using your product(s) or with a theme from your game or event. Promotional content can be posted across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube or specific selection of these platforms. Make sure to provide all details, estimated deadline, exclusivity and budget. Please inquire by email at least 2 months in advance of your deadline.
Conditions for material and tools promotion:
If you wish to have your product(s) featured on Willow Creative channels here is your information: Any tools or materials offered by your brand and associated services such as shipping or duty fees are reimbursed or provided free of charge. Products will not be returned..
Tools and materials need to be associated to costume-making. Any type of product sent as part of an unpaid promotion is not guaranteed to be featured on each and every channel with a certain time period, may not be the focus of content and may not appear at all depending on application of current projects and schedule.
Any type of product that turns out not to be suitable for my work or defect, may appear so on channels unbiased anyway and content will not be removed by request unless the product was handled incorrectly.

Willow Creative can create promotional content, be a guest, judge, cosplay model, workshop/presentation host or panelist for your next event or product.
Experienced with costume fabrication on countless areas, such as costume armor construction, electronics, tailoring, special effects, 3D printing and many more, she has won many awards for her work nationally and internationally.
Almost a million fans follow Willow Creative’s work on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. A great opportunity for fans to meet Willow Creative’s work, and to add extra engagement and content to your event, and bring your product(s) to the attention of a new target audience.
There are available panels and workshops regarding 3D printing and leds/electronics, and other panels and workshops can be created that can be tailored to your event and wishes.
Willow Creative is also available to create a custom costume (or prop) for your event, service or project, such as sponsored social media content, worn by a model, as sale or giveaway, or attending as guest cosplay model. Inquire through email to find out the possibilities.
Conditions for event appearances:
Arranged travel or travel compensation from door to door for 1-2 people (if assistant is required). Based in Tampa, FL (USA). Preferred airports are Tampa (TPA) and Orlando Sanford (SFB)
Hotel accommodations for 1-2 people and arranged travel/travel compensation from/to event for each event night, and the night in advance if more than 3h of travel.
Compensation for other costs made (such as food) for the duration of the stay for 1-2 people.
Depending on the (commercial) goal of your event and the workload (such as more than 2 scheduled hours) per event day, there may be a fee for each day of the event. Example of scheduled hours is lectures, workshops and (backstage) cosplay contest judging.
If your event wishes for a certain large costume or prop, this may require additional compensation for checked bags for airplane flights, and an assistant may be necessary.
